There are many training programs that seek to equip leaders with the skills they need. We believe that it isn’t just about leadership, but about disciples developing Christlike character alongside leadership skills that will take a stronger church into the future.

We know that leaders are still disciples of Jesus and need to grow in their discipleship. We partner with 1,780 churches and 17,994 leaders. Since 2016, we’ve conducted
360 trainings, and currently, 4,248 discipleship groups are meeting.
We work with people in a variety of locations and contexts. Each one of them is growing personally and as a leader in their community

A great impact has been reflected in the growth of local churches as a result of the discipleship education and formation of groups. A spiritual movement is evolving in the churches that have been trained, and there is a noticeable breakthrough in leadership education.
